Church Street, Eccles - Topped out

A huge milestone for our flagship development in Eccles was completed recently by the topping out of Church Street. The screens are off and the crane is down. We look forward to starting the next stage of this amazing development. Congratulations to all those involved!

Progress from January 2024 (progress week 81).

The progression of the work has been positive and progressing extremely well and slightly ahead of our master on programme. During this period ,progress has continued on the concrete frame tower. In addition, we have got the superstructure to level 22. The Steel Framing System (SFS) and window installation has continued in line with our expectations up to level 20, brickwork is ongoing and is currently up to level 5.

The internal fit out works have also progressed, and we have just completed the 1st fix works up to level 6 and final fix works, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Tiling, decoration and floor finishes are underway from level 1. Roofing works continue to roof areas and terraces.

We are expecting to be topping out on the superstructure frame in March 2024
